Turn off watch buzz after mindfulness session

I find the mindfulness sessions great to get me off to sleep, and turn my watch buzzez to ask if I would like to log the session and wakes me up, again! I could put it on DND but then the screen says on all night, plus I'll miss any genuine calls in the night. Is there a way of turning off the notification just for the mindfulness session? Thank you

Hello @Cardejo and welcome to the Community.  I don't use an Inspire 3, but I'm going to tag a fellow CC member who loves hers.  @Julia_G , can you help this user?

I read the manual and Help articles looking for an answer for you.  I'm currently using a Sense 2 and listen to these sessions for sleep all the time.  My Fitbit doesn't vibrate at the end.  I hope Julia can help you.

Hi, @Cardejo , please can I clarify, are you talking about the mindfulness sessions that you start from the app, or is it the relaxation (guided breathing) session that you start from the Inspire 3?

Hi, it is the mindfulness sessions started from the app. They guide you to sleep.

Hi, @Cardejo , thank you for confirming, and many apologies for the late reply.

It sounds like you are receiving an app based notification from Fitbit, rather than a tracker specific one.  @LZeeW mentioned that she does not received the same prompt to log her session on her wrist, and I think she is using one of the Fitbits in the Sense range.

I am using an Inspire 3, which we are guessing is your Fitbit, since that is the forum you posted in.  I have tested this with several different meditations and I confirm that I also do not get the buzz on my wrist.  (I understand that could be really annoying!)

However, the app does give a screen prompt to log your session, so it sounds like this message is coming from the app.

It may help to check your notifications settings in the Fitbit app.  To do this from the opening screen of your app click on the person photo/icon top left to go to the account screen.  On the account screen click on your device (Inspire 3) and then choose “notifications”.

On the notifications screen choose “app notifications” , find “Fitbit” and make sure the box is unchecked.  Please save any changes by synching your Fitbit.

Once notifications from the Fitbit app are turned off hopefully you will not get any further prompts on your wrist to log your meditation, however they will still come through on your phone, of course!  Also your calls and messages will not be affected as they are governed by a different app.

I hope this helps.  Please post again if anything is unclear or to provide any further information that might help.
