I just received and set up my Fitbit inspire 3. I can’t get notifications to work. I did the things recommended with the Fitbit chat tech then had to update my iPhone iOS software so ended chat notifications still not working. Anyone have this issue before?

Hello Laur1981,
I am ready to ditch FitBit altogether. Not sure how you made out with Customer Service but this has been a huge pain point and I am constantly resetting things to try to get notifications to work. It will work for a few hours and then drop again. I reset again. Definition of insanity, doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. The funny thing is, my old clunky Inspire HR ran like a dream but I wanted the new shiny model.
Would be curious to hear, in a week or so, if you still have trouble or if you found the permanent fix!

There are quite a few threads on the forum with this complaint. Sounds like it's a FitBit problem and not necessarily a user problem.
