Just updated my Inspire 3 to 210.26 as prompted by the app. I've been using the Starlight clock since I bought it but now it doesn't display correctly. It says it's installed and selected but only the clock and stats display, in plain white, there are no colourful lines coming out from the centre as there should be, it's just black. Other clocks display fine

Best AnswerHi, @Soozeeeee welcome, I'm getting the same result after just pairing my Inspire 3 to my Fitbit app. It looks like it might be a bug, "Liberty" which has the same kind of layout works OK a restart & adjusting the brightness did not correct the problem. Absent any formal feedback I can only suggest you select another screen. I've notified a moderator.

Best AnswerDid this ever get fixed for you? I just opened a support ticket and all they could tell me to do was hard restart the device which didn't fix it. I loved the starlight face and was so sad to lose it to the update this morning!
Best AnswerI phoned customer services and they couldn’t give me an explanation. Told me to hang fire until a new update comes through but I’ve not had any since. So annoying 😒
