Wakeup time is wrong

My fitbit Inspire 3 shows the time correctly, however today when I went to check my sleep, it shows the wakeup time as 8:26am, the time in my phone when I checked was 7:33am so it's not possible for my to have woken up at 8:26am.

What where you doing between 7:33 and 8:26? Without any detail in this time period, we have nothing to base an answer on. 

How does your phone monitor your sleep?

What time did you get out of bed?

My phone doesn't monitor my sleep, what I tried to say is that I checked app at 7:33am, that's why I say it's impossible for the 8:26 time to be correct since it was in the future.
