I used to get an email from Fitbit every Monday evening with a progress report of the prior week. Since I switched my account to Google I no longer get that email. How do I get that weekly report email back?

Best AnswerOK, mystery solved. My weekly reports USED to go to the email I had setup with Fitbit. Since changing my account over to Google they now go to my Google Gmail account.

If you click the icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Today screen and then navigate to Fitbit settings > Notifications, is the switch for the Weekly Summary turned on?

Yes, it is turned on and it is set for email. Same as it has always been. It has always worked until I switched my account over to Google.

The CS team is definitely lacking when it comes to resolving most technical issues, but your missing email issue should be something that they could help with.
