It no longer keeps the correct time and date. It doesn't record any sleep or exercise data. I dont know what you did but y'all really messed up a good product. Especially after reading all the app reviews. Im an Android user through and through. Maybe Android has a different watch. I hate Apple with a passion so I'd hate to switch everything over to that. Put the old fitbit back on and get rid of the crappy upgrades. The majority of us cant afford all these "premium" subscriptions.

Hi, @Helenbg , it sounds like your Inspire isn’t syncing if does not keep the correct time and date. I would recommend carefully working through the steps in this help article to get it syncing again.
