About a week ago or slightly more my sleep chart change to the awful bar graph with no REM/deep sleep light sleep data. Also my health metrics seemed ro not update the same as before. I was gutted.

Then fantastic news it was just 24hours it all went back to normal for sleep graphs but health metric still hit and miss.

Then sadly sleep graph has gone to the new horrible format 2 days ago and is still the same.

Each morning I sync and I'm disappointed to see 1 of 5 health metrics and that awful graph

Bring back the old ones please! Like others have said it starts you looking at other devices which I really don't want to do!

It sounds like the basic bar chart sleep graphics are being displayed because Google was unable to determine what your sleep stages (rem, deep, etc.) were.  That happens to my wife every single night and Google hasn't provided me with any reason for why that is happening yet.

If Google can't determine what your sleep stages were, then you won't get the Breathing Rate or HRV heart metrics either, by design.

So frustrating and like you say no logical reason why it seems to be happening 😒

My wife doesn't get Heart Rate curves on the app more than 50% of the time either, so she is forced to visit the Fitbit Online Dashboard to see her heart rate history there on those days, which is very annoying.

Are you missing Heart Rate curves on some days as well?
