When I manually start a “run” Fitbit recognizes it as a “walk” when I finish my run. We used to be able to change the type of exercise entered. First, why is it mislabeling (yes, I double check that I start a “run”)? Second, since the update, how do I change it without manually inputting (bc then it takes away other valuable data like the map and pace)? Thank you!

Hello @TLSe and welcome to the community!
Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the exercise app in your Inspire 3.
My best recommendation would be to restart your Inspire 3, follow the steps in this article to do so. Once you've done it, track an activity and see if the exercise changes.
Let me know how it goes, please.

I have the same issue, why can you not edit the exercise type anymore? I set it to run and it records as a walk, not very inspiring. I’ve reset the device to see if that helps but the runs I’ve completed will still show as walks and I can’t change it.
