Hello,
My Fitbit Inspire 3 screen has gone completely blank and is not responding. I have tried charging it and pressing it on the sides but it's just showing a black screen. There was a 30% battery charge on it when I checked last night. I bought it on Amazon in Dubai (United Arab Emirates) in November 2023. What are my options now?

Hi @MarreFitbit , thank you for your suggestion. I tried unplugging and plugging the charger multiple times and then the Fitbit Inspire 3 device came back to life.

Please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
