I've been using a Fitbit for the last 8 years and I've watched the app steadily getting worse. The latest update to the Inspire 3 removed the ability to tailor your active minutes to your own heart rate. I have severe stenosis in my spine but my heart rate is fairly low. By using the "government standards" instead of allowing me to set my own parameters after updating the tracker, my "Zone Minutes" dropped by over 500 for the week. I would love to be able to do strenuous workouts like I could even 5 years ago but that's not possible because of my back. So I workout as hard as I am able and I'm rewarded with a very demotivating 2 minutes for my trouble. PLEASE allow us to set our own minimum heart rates for active minutes again!!

Maybe you could set your HRmax to a lower number in the app. That should lower your zones accordingly.
