alternatives to Fitbit

Received my first Fitbit Inspire, then, after way too much time researching why it failed on the Fitbit "support", I received a new Inspire from Fitbit.

The second Inspire lasted even a shorter time than the first.

After the second one failed, then the third one, I am puzzled that Fitbit is still a thing.

What are some alternatives to Fitbit?

If you truly do not know any alternatives, you can do an internet search on "activity trackers".

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Search for fitness tracker on Amazon.  You will have hundreds to choose from.  I had a cheap one before I got the Fitbit.  Did it do everything the FB did?  No.  Did it do what I was most interested in (steps, heart rate, distance)?  Yes.  Was it as comfortable as the Fitbit?  No.  Did it have a website for support or its data output?  No.

Maybe I'm one of the lucky ones but I have not had any major issues with my Fitbit.  It is occasionally slow to sync with the app.  Sometimes the GPS doesn't connect but overall it's doing what I want it to do.  Full disclosure:  I got mine free with my health insurance so I may be more tolerant of its idiosyncrasies than someone who paid the retail price.
