data download

I've been trying to download my data from my fitbit.  It says will typically take 30mins, but after a day it seems to be stuck on 90pc.  I have had my fitbit inspire3 hr for more than 6 years.

This is not the first time I tried it since the migration, but I still haven't managed it.  What have I done wrong?

I don’t think you have necessarily done anything wrong!  But if it is a very big data set it could take quite sometime, I think.  I would making sure that you have disabled all time out settings and try again when you have robust WiFi.  Good luck!

I should probably clarify.  My data is 90pc available.  The button for downloading it isn't highlighted.  It's been 2 days in total.
