Hourly Activity Hours won't change

every time i adjust the settings it defaults to 9-5. this is so incongruent with my schedule im about to just get rid of the thing.

i've tried restarting the app, logging out logging back in, uninstalling and reinstalling, un syncing and resyncing. every guide ive looked up says thats the solution but it is not. im completely lost at this point

Hi @winklepickerz   Do you use an Android or iPhone?  There is a path on the iPhone that is broken and won't change.  For any phone, please try this path:

  • Tap on the You icon in the bottom left of your app
  • Scroll down to Goals
  • Tap on Activity
  • Reset your hours in the Hourly activity section.

so i guess there's nothing i can do about it. thats a shame, i didnt want to have to get rid of it but its kinda pointless if i cant get it in sync with my schedule.

@winklepickerz   The directions I gave work on an iPhone.  Many people try to make their changes by tapping on the Hourly activity tile, then the gear icon.  That is the broken path.  I’m sorry that I wasn’t clear.

@winklepickerz   Very odd.  I also use an iPhone and have v 4.61 of the Fitbit app.  Works fine for me.
