inspire 3 touchscreen not working

I just woke up and tried to take off an alarm, but I couldn't I discovered my fitbit not answering to my movements , the patient is in a vegetative state

@lorelorefit , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message. 

Please make sure that the Inspire 3 is not on swim mode (water lock) . Instructions can be found here: Can I swim or shower with my Fitbit device?

Also try restarting the Inspire 3 by doing the following  : 

  1. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  2. Press and hold the buttons on your tracker for 10 seconds.
  3. Release the buttons. When Inspire 3 vibrates and you see the Fitbit logo, the tracker restarted.
