have a huge list of exercises on band - i only want a couple, how do i remove / hide unwanted ones?
asking because i'm tired of having unwanted ones registering when i'm not doing a 'planned' exercise.

Best Answer@ushere I'm sorry, but users can't edit the shortcut list on the device. This is true for all models. We are stuck with all of them. You wrote that your band is recording something you didn't do. This firmware has an Auto-start feature that can turn on the Exercise app on the device for six shortcuts: walk, run, bike, elliptical, rowing, and spinning. Sometimes the device will start the Exercise app because your activity "looks" like something different. You control this on the Inspire 3.

Hi @ushere , welcome back to our Community!
I understand your feeling and I recommend you to read the following article that has different steps and recommendations for you to be able to remove unwanted exercises: How to add, edit, or delete Fitbit data & activities.
Best Answerthanks for replying so quickly. appreciated.
i looked at the link, but it doesn't mention how you remove an exercise from the multiple choices available on the band. i only ever use three, the rest are just a distraction, especially if the band logs something that i didn't ask for, and then moves it to the top of the list.
this has only happened since the last update, prior to that i could delete them.
