Moving Fitbit to Google account

I got an email about moving fitbit account to Google account. I clicked on the "get started" in the email link. However, I was point to a website talking about how to set up fitbit Inspire3 (the device I have). I've already done all the set up, I don't see how I can easily move my fitbit account h(it has email which is my Google email address anyway, and an fitbit account password which is different from my Google account password) to Google account.

Have anyone moved the fitbit account to Google account? Please let me know how to do it.
