Hello @bennnnnnn and welcome to the Community. In a word, no. Fitbits show a skin temperature variation (from an established baseline) and it is only measured during sleep. It doesn't report the actual skin temperature. I need to point out that skin temperature at your wrist is affected by your environment. There is no correlation between a wrist temperature and your core temperature.
