I am having difficulty signing up.failed the first time, tried yo initiate second time and received message that email address was used on another account,unable to join. Please advise

Hi @Xfinity, do you still have access to that email? If you do, you can always ask for a password reset and then log in from there.
If not, then you will need to sign up for a new account with a different email.

@Xfinityyou already have a Fitbit account (created yesterday) that your message was posted from.
I assume, but not sure, that your having a problem with the Fitbit app and your trying to create a second account with the same email.
Look below the join Fitbit on the app, you will see a login button. Let's tap this log in button and put in your email and the password that you chosed when setting up your Fitbit account.
