Where is the "Clear User Data" on Fitbit Inspire HR?

My heart rate monitoring halted over a week ago, and customer support said to "go to settings app > clear user data". I dont know if it was a grammar issue but i tried looking for the settings app in the FitBit app itself and there's no such thing. Its just a settings category with a few listed settings for each of the features and did not include an option for "Clear User Data". Similarly at the website, I clicked on the "settings gear icon" (not sure if this is what they meant by app) but it showed no option for "Clear User Data".

Where the heck is this settings app and clear user data option?

Hi @NicoleBalaoing nice to see you around. Thanks for reaching out our customer support team.

I really appreciate the time you're taking to troubleshoot your Inspire HR. I'll be more than glad to help you to find this option, please check the following instructions to "Clear User Data" on your Fitbit device:

1. On your Inspire HR, tap the display and swipe all the way down > Tap on Settings > swipe up and tap on Clear User Data.
2. When prompted, press the screen for 3 seconds, then release. When Inspire
HR vibrates and you see the clock screen, your data is erased.

You will have to set up your Fitbit again since all the information will be wipe out. Please keep communications open with our support team, they will be happy to keep assisting you.

Keep me posed.
