IMG_2087.JPGMy watch has stopped working apart from the clock face.when I press any of the buttons or swipe I just get the numbers 1-10 showing in a grid. Pressing the numbers takes me no where. Has this happened to anyone else? It’s like it’s crashes.

Sounds like you’ve activated the watch lock in the app

From the manual:

Turn on device lock
To help keep your Fitbit watch secure, turn on device lock in the Fitbit app, which prompts you to enter a personal 4-digit PIN code to unlock your watch. If you set up Fitbit Pay to make contactless payments from your watch, device lock is turned on automatically and you’re required to set a code. If you don’t use Fitbit Pay, device lock is optional.
Turn on device lock or reset your PIN code in the Fitbit app:
From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon ( ) > Ionic tile >
Device Lock.

To disable you’ll need to use the app on your phone. Not done from the tracker itself @Cher007

To change the device lock setting:
On Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon  > your device image.
Tap or click Device Lock.
Tap or click to change your device lock setting.
