Hey guys. Looking for a little advice. I got my ionic adidas edition a week ago and after set up and a full charge it lasted me for 5 days. I recharged it 2 days ago and after being on 80% last night has died. Looking to know if this is a common problem with the device

In early January, my new Ionic (1-2 weeks old) died. After speaking with customer service and unable to bring it back to life, they sent me a new one. This one has worked great ever since (7+ months).
