My ionic shows in my app that it’s 100% charged but won’t turn just have a black screen. I tried resetting and holding down buttons. Anyone have any suggestions on what I can try next?

Hi, @Socalstar23! One thing you can try if the watch is still syncing is switching the clock faces. Sometimes a bad clock face can be the issue.

Hey @Socalstar23, welcome aboard! I appreciate you have tried to restart your Ionic to make it work. Now, let me ask you this, when you plug it in, can you see that is charging? If still not turning on at all, let me know and I will continue assisting you.
