My fit bit ionic is stuck in a loop, the logo comes up for a second then it turns off. This just keeps repeating. I have tried the 2button and the 3 button resets neither has helped. 

 

any ideas on how to get the watch reset? I'm looking to get it back to factory settings to give it a family member.

i has the same problem.  this worked for me - is the facory reset process and it took me 3 attempts to get the vibration.
