My 11 yo son has an Alta HR that syncs to my phone. I just bought myself an ionic. When I synced up the ionic, it is already taking my sons results.
Is there a way to keep both our results on my phone.
It seems that I can’t have my own account right now. It’s just his account and his name.

You say you "can't have your own account right now". I won't bother asking why that is, but if so, you won't be able to keep both results on one phone. Each individual result you want to track requires its own individual account.
Also, I thought there was an age restriction for Fitbit accounts for children. Are you sure your son has an account?

Your son can have an account as long as you supervise it. What you need to do is set up a separate account for your tracker using a different email address. You just need to log out of one and log in to the other when you want to check the other tracker. It is mildly annoying, but not hard to do. That way you bothbuse the same phone to sync but your data doesnt get mixed up. Let us know if you have more questions.

Since you are both on the same account, Fitbit automatically assumes you are the same person. You need to create an individual account for him.
