Hi , after 2 months I am still waiting for my refund . I called the UK line , which was a total disgrace by the way , and was told it had been accepted . That was 3 weeks ago . It was an expensive watch at the time . Was working fine until you stopped it . Now , it seems a refund is almost impossible to get as there are many , many complaints on this issue . I am disgusted at the treatment , I , and many others are receiving . For a company your size to do what your doing is incomprehensible . Sort my refund out please ...
