I've just received my Fitbit Ionic Adidas 2 days ago and the time will not stay in 24 hour mode. When it should show 1400 for example it shows 0200. I have carried out a factory reset and sync'd numerous times but when it gets to the afternoon the time begins with 0000 again. Is there a simple answer to this?

There are two places to check.

Your online account settings and the settingings for the clock you have chosen.

Without knowing which clock face we are reffering to we will not be able to give much more help.

 

The faces Fitbit wrote will abide by the online settings. Some third party clocks do while others have been their own setting ngs for this.
