My Ionic died in service slightly out of warranty. I hate to pour good money after bad but will buy another. I understand that I can get a discount on a replacement. How do I do this from UK?

If you have an issue after the 2 year warranty (in the UK) expires, fitbit have been known to offer a discount on a replacement but there is no obligation for them to do so. Best thing for you to do is to contact them via the following link to see if they can help in any way: contact.fitbit.com

Amazing. A 2 year warranty! It’s only 15 months. I thought it was just one year. Many thanks
