2nd ionic I buy and it stops working. 1st watch I bough died after a year and 3 months. Fitbir provides a discount to buy another one, so I give it another try. This time only using 20% of its features so it can last "longer". Now after year watch doesnt turn on any more. Why is this happening? My husband has the same watch and he was having the same problem when he started using.i am very disappointed that this product isn't durable at all! This time around I can't get direct help from customer support

I’m now on my second iconic, with about the same story. The last one lasted about a year, and both times, the battery went dead and when I plugged in to charge....dead. I will not go back to Fitbit, they have an apparent issue and won’t back up their product. I was hoping it would be better when they were bought out, but no, same problem. I’m not spending another $200 on **ahem**. Good ridden Fitbit.
