I'm on my second ionic. since the update I have had syncing issues, it wouldn't sync automaticallThis morning when I woke up the clock was 45 mins slow. Tried to sync it, didn't work, performed 2 types of hard restart, still doesn't work.
Forced closure of my app, (iphone 11), didn't sync, restarted bluetooth, no response, shut down & restarted phone, still nothing. Now nearly an hour slow, & not syncing, hasn't synced since 12 yesterday.
I've had issues before since I had the replacement, not impressed, anyone got any ideas?
Had 2 Ionics in less than a year.

I have had 2 Ionics now.
The first I purchased on 18th Feb 2019, it died 13th October 2019 Fitbit sent a replacement. It arrives on 15th October 2019.
Now on 26th April 2020, this one has ceased working properly.
That's a 7 month life span.
Not very good.

How are you charging it? Mine has been going strong since 2017
See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery

So yesterday after taking every conceivable step to revive my Ionic (again) This morning it was once again behind, said it was 4.10 am when it was actually 5.30am, (for the record Customer services thought this was acceptable). won't sync at all, not even through dashboard. Basically it's useless.
Yesterday Fitbit were fobbing me off with all manner of excuses to avoid taking any action, I mean really so many excuses. They finally said they would replace it, but as this is my 2nd & each only lasted 7 months, so I don't think so or 50% off another device. Feel like I'm just throwing money at them for terrible products.
