4 digit code

Connects to tracker when loading but skips over supplying you with a 4 digit code so you can log on. Phone says unlock with phone. How can you when it doesn’t supply number? I have tried all Info I can find on Ionic.

This is my problem! It’s asking to unlock with phone. It is bypassing the part where it should supply the 4 digit number after it connects to tracker.
