I have Fitbit Ionic all works fine but whenever I connect any other Bluetooth device (Headset) notifications on Fitbit stop working. I see error under Notification "Notification service not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker." I have clear storage and cache from app and re-login to get it working again. This is really annoying every day i have to do this to have notifications working. Cant Fitbit have permanent fix for this annoying issue.

Details

@Showkatl Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the detailed information shared.

I appreciate the troubleshooting tried. We're aware of this issue, we've noticed that this has happened to other users, rest assure that we're working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible.

Also, I noticed the phone you're using isn't a compatible device. In the meantime, you may want to try to sync your Ionic with a phone listed here. Rest assure that our team is always testing new devices and adding them to the list.

I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

Thanks @SilviaFitbit for update. Will wait for your fix for this issue. Regarding supported devices, I see a limited list Android spectrum of devices has gone multi folds and having limited devices in support list doesn't seem to be a good idea.

For clarification @Showkatl are you connecting headphones to the phone, or the Ionic?
