Ionic watch face does not turn on when lifting wrist and twisting wrist to my face. Are there any solutions? In instructions they said watch should activate automatically.

Hi

 

From the ionic clock screen, when swiping from left to right, is the screen wake setting set to auto? If not, tap to change from 'manual' to 'auto'.
