Yesterday I had just over 100 minutes exercise showing on my Ionic and my phone and today I had around 90 minutes
The device synced and on both occasions the minutes disappeared and went back to 0.
Any suggestions please?

@Andrew1642 It's nice to see you on the Community. Thanks for letting me know that your active minutes disappeared.
I would like you to make sure there are no activities logged on your account, this could be the reason why your active minutes disappeared once you synced your Ionic. If you have any activity logged, please delete it and check your active minutes.
When you exercise with your watch, there's no need to manually log activities, because the data could be overridden or mixed up.
