Active minutes stopped syncing

Hi all, I have tried reading as much as I can, and tried just about everything to restart app,  ionic and Bluetooth on my Google xl2. Received as gift, but the active minutes stopped sync everything else seems ok. Does tell me last sync was 24 hours ago despite steps etc updated today. Any assistance appreciated.

Just an update. Everything from yesterday has disappeared from the App dashboard. Ionic no longer syncs at all. Bluetooth issues. Given the phone is Bluetooth to other devices seemlessly I will attempt to restart it all again.
