Notifications when phone is locked

Ever since I updated my ionic, I only get vibrate notifications on my Fitbit when my phone is NOT locked. When my phone is locked, I do not receive vibrate text notifications. When I swipe down they are there I’m just not notified. I’ve restarted, resynced shut off blue tooth and everything. No luck. I don’t need notifications when I’m looking at my phone I need them when my phone is locked.

Hi I have exact sane problem and tried everything - called fitbit Friday and they said they are working on it
