I'm trying to add a  Chase credit card to my Fitbit Pay through contacting Chase's customer support, but the first time I tried to do so through contacting them, I got the runaround and no way of getting the card verified. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

I set up a Chase Visa card without contacting the bank.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
