I successfully added a music file to my Fitbit Ionic then removed the file in order to edit it.There is definitely no music showing on either my device or phone app, yet when I try to reinstall the music file I get an error “Device full unable to add music”( or something along those lines.)
i have tried resetting my device to factory default, removing and re adding device from/to my account, uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit connect app on my Mac desktop, restarting my desktop, iPhone and Fitbit Ionic but nothing is successful..
can somebody please help?Many Thanks in advance:)

Update: SOLVED
I was attempting to add a very large playlist from iTunes all at once.I created several smaller playlists within Fitbit Connect and was able to monitor the volume I was adding in the status bar.It did take a few hours but my WI FI is not the greatest.

how many songs did u put in each playlist???
