Ionic not charging

Last night I placed my Ionic , with still some power in, on the charger only to discover in the morning that the Ionic was not only empty of charge (???) and turned off. I have been attempting to recharge it for the past half hour only to see the screen still indicating 0% charge ; and before anyone ask, I cleaned as recommended the chargers and the watch contact pins.

It's great to see you around @etienne11. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting performed. 

 

Since, you've tried the recommended troubleshooting such as restarting it, making sure you're fully charging it and cleaning the contacts. I've created a case on your behalf with my Support team, they will continue assisting you and providing you with options.
