I am trying to add music to Fitbit Ionic. When I have opened the App on Windows 10 and go to "Manage My Music" option - I always get this message.

 

"Sorry, this feature is only available when you have a watch paired to your Fitbit account. To pair, please use the Fitbit mobile app."

 

I have already paired my fitibit ionic through the mobile app. 

 

Tried options like turning off bluetooth on mobile phone. No luck. Any help please?

I am unable to open the app on my laptop.I tried the following on my Windows 10.

 

1. Tried to install the Fitbit App from Microsoft Store. It always returns the error code: 

Something went wrong
Please try again later
0x80090016

 

2. I have downloaded the PC Version from http://www.fitbit.com/in/setup?platform=win

I am able to install, but one the app opens it returns the window:

"Its time to update" and "Download" Button.

This takes me back to the Windows 10 Microsoft Store.

Problem 1 repeats.

 

Literally my ionic has been useless without having been able to add music to it. 

 

I have seen forums but did not find any useful info. PLEASE PLEASE HELP HOW TO INSTALL APP and ADD MUSIC.

Finally figured out the problem. It was with Windows PIN setup. Nothing to do with the App. Please ignore.
