I would like to add details on the dashboard as part of my weight training. Is it possible to include information such as body part trained or amount of reps and sets complete? For example: Squats - 4 sets of 10 reps.

I don't think you can do it. To log my weight trainings in detail I use FitNotes app. It's made for that purpose and provides nice analysis of your efforts.
