I've read you can't have more than 1 of the same appliance.
I've had to replace my Ionic that stopped working about 14 months after purchase (ironically/conveniently after the warrantee ran out).
How do I remove the old Ionic to install the new?
Will all the data associated with my original Ionic be lost?

Hi @Alè you will need to remove the old device and then set up the new Ionic as a new device on an existing account. click for directions. Your historical data will all be there for you!
