I have an ionic Adidas Fitbit. I’m on holiday and for the past two days it’s had trouble syncing. It took nearly 11 hours to dunce yesterday evening with 75% battery. I thought that the issue was over but yet again today it’s not updating. I have now spent three hours resetting the Fitbit, the iPhone Fitbit App, turning the Bluetooth on and off, resetting the iPhone as well and making sure that all software is up to date but the Bluetooth on the watch isn’t activating anymore. The watch has been in a shower and in a pool as it’s sold as water resistant up to 50mtrs. Could someone at Fitbit please help as I currently have a piece of junk attached to my arm that won’t even work as a watch due to the time now being out of sync by at least 40 minutes on the last check.

Welcome to the Community @MaestroGee. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.
Sorry to hear about what you're experiencing with your Ionic. I know you probably tried some steps but I would like you to try this syncing troubleshooting.
Let me know how it goes. Keep me posted.
