Adidas ionic won’t charge very frustrating. I have owned three Fitbit devises and had great success with them. Dec 2018 I decided to upgrade and buy a Adidas ionic for myself and versa for my wife. Now barely at 1 1/2 I’m have the same issues with the ionic not charging and when it does decide to charge it is dead by lunch. I have had 2 discussions with Fitbit support. This morning I was told they don’t have repair centers and my only option was to purchase a new one. Oh and they would give me a 25% discount off a new one. WOW so why would I want to purchase another $200 + device when the one I have only made it less than a year and a half. So much for standing behind a product. I will be taking my next purchase to replace this device with something other than FITBIT. Fitbit you just lost a loyal Customer. Unbelievable!

my Adidas ionic just won't charge and has died. As a lot of people posting on here have had similar problems and some are linking to software update - if that's the case it should be replaced by fitbit and not just a 25% discount!

I agree but 25% off on another device don’t cut it. You pay that kind of money for something and it on last 11/2 years is unacceptable.
