Yesterday I updated my ionic device, following the update all of my data was no longer showing. The apps were still there however once I went into these no data was displaying. I have tried restarting my device which didn’t work, I have also tried disconnecting and reregister my device which works part of the way in that the app finds my phone but the number isn’t viewable when the app says it should be displaying on my phone, I have also tried to go to settings on my phone to perform a shut down but once entering the app it’s all blank. If anyone has any suggestions I would really appreciate it.
