Done a factory Reset with the guy from Fitbit as there was un update pending...
Now when I do the recommended update it will not sync.
I also keep getting the Calibration setup come up on the watch and that will not complete either
Any one else with this problem and know how to slve?

I'd like you to restart your Ionic and if follow this procedure to set it up to your account again. If you receive any error message, follow this syncing troubleshooting.
Take into consideration that if you have a case created with our Support team, it's recommended to continue the communication with them, this to avoid any confusion.
