bought my husband the Fitbit Ionic Adidas edition about a year ago and this past week it has been losing time (at least 30 minutes) he’s tried all the usual remove device, uninstall app the reinstall it. Also tried switching it off then on again and the same with Bluetooth. This hasn’t corrected the problem, has anyone got any ideas what it could be that’s causing it

It’s good to see you in the community, @SunsetRunner.
Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. Time on the watch should be corrected when you sync it. If you're experiencing difficulties with syncing, please try our complete troubleshooting instructions in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? If the issue still persists after syncing, please try the additional troubleshooting steps in How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?
Hope this helps.
