Apparent update sent. Iconic was wrong this morning. wrong time, wrong steps, right side buttons don't work, Enter app can't back out have to wait for screen to time out. Iconic is 2 months old.

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this after installing the latest firmware update.
Since your Ionic has the wrong time and steps, please perform this syncing troubleshooting and let me know the results. Regarding the button that's not working, you may be able to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air. Hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button.
