My Fitbit ionic first began displaying issues by getting 'stuck' on a time and date, but remaining basically functional and eventually syncing and catching up with itself. Then, two days ago, it began glitching on the screen, until it completely turned off, despite being fully charged. Once I plugged it in to charge, instead of turning on and working as normal, the screen is pixelated and glitchy and non responsive. I've only had the device for just over a year and I paid a lot of money for it, it is incredibly disappointing to think it might have already broken beyond use. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Has anyone managed to resolve it? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! Thanks very much in advance. Xx

I appreciate the detailed information shared, I see where your disappointment is coming from.
Since you're experiencing issues with the screen please restart your Ionic and let me know if the display works as expected after this.
