When did Fitbit change its policy to replace it's faulty products with aftermarket products?

I have just had my 4th FitBit Ionic fail on me due hardware errors.

The last two have not even lasted a week!

Not sure what you mean by after markey product.

Fitbit does reserve the right,  as most other manufacturers do to replace with a remanufactured unit.  Of this does happen,  Fitbit by federal law is required to mark the package clearly as remanufactured.  If our was not marked then you receive a new unit.

By failed,  what do you mean?
