All ionic users are getting 20 to 40 bpm higher HR readings when tracking exercise

I think this is something every fitbit ionic user or potential buyer should know. I noticed on my fitbit ionic that, during exercise tracking, the readings were unusually high (between 20 and 40 bpm higher than my real HR). After contacting fitbit support they recognized they know about the issue. This has nothing to do with the way we wear the fitbit, it is a software problem, and according to fitbit support team it happens with ALL the ionics, here is their literal response:

"We’re aware of it, but may not be able to provide a fix in the immediate future"

therefore every ionic user is getting wrong readings when tracking exercises (between 20 and 40 bpm higher than real). They said the other fitbit trackers don't experience the same problem. In my case they won't give me any solution, no fix, no replacement (doesn't help), no reimbursement (since it was not bought from the fitbit web). This is not a failure of the product, this is false advertisement....it is so unacceptable.

Not all users. I get too high readings for simple walking but too low readings during intense workouts ( comparing to the chest strap readings ).

weird...according to customer support what I'm experiencing is a known problem and it happens to all ionics.
